Tibet University's Academic Year Tibetan Studies Program for Foreign Students
Tibet University offers a Tibetan language medium program for foreign students in Lhasa. The program only offers admission in the fall semester for new students. They have a fax machine but it is unreliable.
As of January 2004, Professor Penba Tsering (roy980852@yahoo.com.cn OR roy980852@sohu.com) is in charge of the program itself, while Ms. Weihong(xizangweihong@yahoo.com.cn) is in charge of foreign students overall.
