Student Movies provides access to movies fashioned by students in which images, textual captions and mostly Tibetan folk music were combined to create automatically playing "movies", with the images unfolding to a soundtrack. Links to these movies are provided below, with the names referring to the names of the student groups which produced each movie. The movies are provided in two formats: streaming and downloads. The streaming movies will play directly from the Web without being downloaded on to your computer, but require RealPlayer 8 or later to be installed on your machine. The downloads allow you to download the given movie on to your own hard drive, and you can then play it offline as you wish. To play it, you will need either RealPlayer or Quicktime. Please note that the visual quality of the movies is not extremely high, only because they have been compressed in order to render them into a size viable for delivery over the Web.
