The Courtyard of the Métsang Regional House (smad gtsang khang tshan = s009)

This is a typical interior courtyard of a small regional house. The glass-enclosed structure with paintings on the wall is the debate throne (dam khri). The various staircases lead to the upper stories where the temple and monks quarters are located. Instructions: Click on the panorama and, holding down your mouse, move it ("pan") to the left or right. You will see that the image moves in the direction you have selected. You can also zoom in and out using the +/- controls at the bottom of each panorama or the Shift/Ctrl keys on your computer keyboard. If you have zoomed in, you can also make the image move up or down to a certain extent. |
