The Courtyard of Kongpo Regional House (kong po khang tshan = s056)

You are facing east. The stairs in front of you lead to the regional house temple, located to your left. On the right, you see a long row of monks' living quarters, three-stories high. Pan to the left and you will see the debate throne (dam khri). This regional house is one of the best preserved at Sera, though some portions have been rebuilt from scratch. Instructions: Click on the panorama and, holding down your mouse, move it ("pan") to the left or right. You will see that the image moves in the direction you have selected. You can also zoom in and out using the +/- controls at the bottom of each panorama or the Shift/Ctrl keys on your computer keyboard. If you have zoomed in, you can also make the image move up or down to a certain extent. |
